Will I still have access after cancelling?

Yes. Your environment remains active until the end of your current billing cycle. No new charges are applied after cancellation.

Can I get a refund after cancelling?

No. Wazuh charges are nonrefundable. For exceptional circumstances, you can contact support via the Help section inside the Wazuh Cloud Console.

What happens to my data when I cancel?

All data is permanently and irreversibly deleted when the environment is removed at the end of the billing cycle. Export or download any data you need before cancelling — there is no recovery option.

Can I reactivate a cancelled environment?

No. Cancellation is irreversible. You would need to create a brand new environment from scratch.

Can I cancel just one environment if I have multiple?

Yes. Each environment is managed and billed independently, so you can cancel individual environments without affecting others.

What if I am on a Professional Support contract instead of Wazuh Cloud?

Professional Support plans (Standard or Premium) are contract-based and cannot be cancelled online. Contact Wazuh directly by phone at +1 (844) 349-2984, by email at info@wazuh.com, or via the contact form at https://wazuh.com/contact-us/.

Log in to Wazuh Cloud Console

Go to https://console.cloud.wazuh.com/ and sign in with your Wazuh account credentials.

Open the Environments page

After logging in, navigate to the 'Environments' section from the main navigation menu.

Select your environment

Find and click on the specific environment you want to cancel from the list of your environments.

Click 'Manage'

On the environment detail page, click the 'Manage' button.

Select 'Cancel environment'

From the Manage dropdown or menu, select 'Cancel environment'.

Type CANCEL to confirm

In the confirmation dialog, type the word CANCEL (all caps) in the text box provided to confirm your intent.

Click the 'Cancel' button

Click the 'Cancel' confirmation button to finalize. The environment will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle, after which it and all its data will be permanently deleted.
