Do I still have access to HappyFox after cancelling?

If you choose 'Cancel on Next Renewal', you retain full access until the end of your current billing period. If you choose 'Cancel Immediately', your account is suspended right away and access is terminated.

Can I get a refund if I cancel mid-term?

No. HappyFox's Terms of Service explicitly state that all payments are non-refundable. Annual plan customers who cancel mid-year receive no pro-rated credit for unused months.

Can I reactivate my account after cancelling?

Yes. Admin users can resubscribe after cancellation by logging back in, navigating to Billing, clicking 'Edit Subscription', then 'Update Subscription'. However, data may have been deleted after cancellation, so historical data availability is not guaranteed.

What happens to my data after cancellation?

HappyFox's Terms of Service state the company is entitled to delete all account data immediately upon termination. It is strongly recommended to export all your data before cancelling. You can also email support@happyfox.com to request confirmation of data deletion.

Who is allowed to cancel the subscription?

Only account administrators or agents who have been granted the 'Manage Billing' permission can initiate a cancellation.

What if the 6-digit verification code expires?

The code is time-limited. If it expires before you enter it, you can request a new code to be resent from within the cancellation flow and try again.

Log in to Agent Portal

Log in to your HappyFox account at happyfox.com. You must be an account administrator or an agent with 'Manage Billing' permission to cancel.

Open Module Switcher

Click the Module Switcher icon (grid/app launcher icon) in the top corner of the dashboard to open the app navigation menu.

Navigate to Billing

Select 'Billing' from the Module Switcher menu to open the billing management section.

Click Customize

Under the 'Current Plan' section, click the 'Customize' button to access plan options.

Click Cancel Subscription

In the top-right corner of the Customize screen, click 'Cancel Subscription'.

Complete exit survey

Fill out the mandatory cancellation questionnaire explaining your reason for leaving. This step cannot be skipped.

Enter email verification code

A 6-digit secret code is sent to the account owner's email address. Enter the code in the provided field to verify the cancellation request.

Choose cancellation timing and confirm

Select either 'Cancel Immediately' (account terminated right away) or 'Cancel on Next Renewal' (access continues until the billing period ends), then click 'Confirm Cancellation'.
