Will I lose access immediately after cancelling?

No. You keep all paid features until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account automatically downgrades to the Free plan (10 agents, 50 conversations/month, 100 chatbot visitors/month).

Can I get a refund after cancelling?

Generally no — Tidio's terms state no refunds for partial periods or unused time. Exception: EU customers have a 14-day statutory cooling-off period from the subscription start date. Contact support@tidio.net for refund requests.

Will my chat history and data be deleted?

No. Your chat history, contacts, and project data remain intact on the Free plan. To fully delete your data, use the 'Delete project' option in Settings (removes all project data) or 'Unsubscribe my account' (removes personal data).

Can I reactivate my paid plan later?

Yes. Your account stays active on the Free plan after cancellation. You can re-subscribe at any time from Settings > Billing.

I'm on a Plus or Premium plan — can I self-cancel?

No. Plus ($749+/month) and Premium ($2,999+/month) plans require contacting your dedicated Success Manager directly or emailing support@tidio.net to cancel.

What happens to my Lyro AI or Flows add-ons when I cancel?

Lyro AI and Flows are billed separately from the base plan. Cancelling your main subscription does not automatically cancel these add-ons — check your Billing page to cancel each separately if needed.

Log in to Tidio

Go to https://www.tidio.com/panel/ and log in to your Tidio account.

Open Settings

Click 'Settings' in the left sidebar navigation.

Go to Billing

Under the 'Project' section in Settings, click 'Billing'.

Open the Subscription tab

On the Billing page, click the 'Subscription' tab at the top.

Click 'Cancel subscription'

Scroll to the bottom of the Subscription tab and click the red 'Cancel subscription' button.

Confirm cancellation

A confirmation dialog will appear. Confirm your cancellation. Your paid access continues until the end of the current billing period, after which the account automatically downgrades to the Free plan.
