Will I lose access to courses immediately after cancelling?

No. Access continues until the end of your current billing period (the date shown on the Subscriptions page). After that date, access to all Personal Plan courses is removed.

Do I keep courses I accessed through the Personal Plan after cancelling?

No. Personal Plan is a rental model — when the subscription ends you lose access to all plan courses. However, course progress and notes remain saved in your account. Any courses you purchased individually (outside the plan) retain lifetime access.

Can I get a refund after cancelling my Udemy subscription?

Udemy's standard policy does not offer partial or pro-rata refunds for subscription plans. Your access simply runs to the end of the paid period. Turkish users may have additional rights under Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 (14-day cayma hakkı / right of withdrawal) — contact Udemy support at support.udemy.com/hc/tr/requests/new citing this law if applicable.

Do I keep my certificates after cancelling?

Yes. Certificates earned while subscribed are permanently retained in your account even after cancellation.

Can I reactivate my subscription after cancelling?

Yes. You can resubscribe at any time by logging back in and selecting a plan. You may need to re-enter payment details.

Does deleting the Udemy app cancel my subscription?

No. Deleting the mobile app does not cancel the subscription. Billing continues until you cancel through Account Settings on the website. The mobile app cannot be used to cancel — cancellation must be done via a web browser.

Go to udemy.com (or udemy.com/tr for Turkish interface) and log in with your email and password.

Open account menu

Click your profile photo or avatar in the top-right corner of the page to open the account dropdown menu.

Go to Account Settings

Select 'Account settings' (Hesap ayarları) from the dropdown menu.

Navigate to Subscriptions

In the left sidebar of Account Settings, click 'Subscriptions' (Abonelikler). This page shows your current plan, next billing date, and total charged amount.

Click Cancel Subscription

Locate your Personal Plan (Kişisel Plan) and click the 'Cancel subscription' (Aboneliği iptal et) button. If you are in a free trial, the button reads 'Cancel trial' (Denemeyi İptal Et) instead.
