Will I lose access immediately after cancelling?

No. Your access to Coursera Plus continues until the end of your current billing period. You can still complete courses and earn certificates during this time.

Can I get a refund after cancelling?

Coursera offers a 14-day refund window for annual subscriptions if you have not completed a significant portion of any course. Monthly plans are generally non-refundable once the billing cycle starts.

What happens to my completed certificates?

All certificates you have already earned remain on your profile and are still shareable on LinkedIn. Cancelling does not remove past achievements.

Go to coursera.org and sign in to your account using your email and password.

Go to My Purchases

Click your profile icon in the top-right corner, then select "My Purchases" from the dropdown menu.

Find your subscription

Locate your Coursera Plus or subscription plan in the list of active purchases.

Cancel subscription

Click "Cancel Subscription" next to your plan. You will be prompted to confirm the cancellation and may be shown a retention offer.

Confirm cancellation

Click "Cancel Subscription" again to confirm. You will receive a confirmation email. Access continues until the end of your billing period.
