If you subscribed via iOS or Android, you must cancel through the App Store or Google Play respectively. If you subscribed on the web, cancel at headspace.com.

Will I lose my meditation progress and streak?

Your meditation history and stats are saved on your account. However, you will lose access to premium content, courses, and new sessions after cancellation.

Log in at headspace.com

Visit headspace.com and sign in with your email and password or through your connected account.

Go to Account settings

Click your profile avatar in the top-right corner and select 'Account' from the dropdown menu.

Open the Subscription tab

In your Account settings, click on the 'Subscription' tab to view your current plan details.

Click Cancel Subscription

Scroll down and click the 'Cancel Subscription' link. If you subscribed through the App Store or Google Play, you must cancel there instead.

Confirm cancellation

Follow the prompts to confirm your decision. You will receive an email confirmation and retain access through your paid period.
