Do I still have access to paid features after cancelling?

Yes. All paid features remain active until the end of your current billing cycle (monthly or annual). After that, your workspace automatically reverts to the Free plan.

Will I get a refund when I cancel?

No. Pitch's Terms of Use state that all fees are non-cancelable and non-refundable. There are no prorated refunds for unused days, whether on a monthly or annual plan.

What happens to my presentations and data after cancelling?

All presentations and workspace data are retained — nothing is deleted. You can continue accessing your content on the Free plan, though some paid features (video uploads, PowerPoint export, custom fonts, PDF exports without watermark) will no longer be available.

Can I reactivate my paid subscription after cancelling?

Yes. Your workspace persists on the Free plan and you can upgrade again at any time from the same Billing page. There is no waiting period or penalty for reactivating.

Can I cancel my Pitch subscription from my phone?

No. The billing page is not accessible on mobile browsers or the Pitch mobile app. You must use a desktop browser to manage or cancel your subscription.

How do I fully delete my Pitch account (not just cancel)?

Account deletion is separate from cancellation. Go to Workspace name → Account Settings → 'Delete my account', then confirm by completing the acknowledgment checklist. Deletion is processed within 30 days and is permanent and irreversible, but you can cancel a pending deletion request within that 30-day window.

Open Pitch in a desktop browser

Navigate to app.pitch.com and log in. The billing page is desktop-only — mobile browsers and the Pitch mobile app cannot access billing settings.

Click your workspace name

In the top-left corner of the Pitch app, click your workspace name to open the workspace dropdown menu.

Select 'Billing'

From the dropdown menu, click 'Billing' to open the billing settings page. Only workspace owners and admins can access this page.

Open the 'Subscriptions' tab

On the Billing page, click the 'Subscriptions' tab to view your active subscription details.

Click 'Cancel subscription'

Click the 'Cancel subscription' button to begin the cancellation flow.

Select a cancellation reason

Choose a reason from the mandatory dropdown menu. You cannot proceed without selecting a reason — this step is required before cancellation can be confirmed.

Confirm cancellation

Confirm your decision. Your paid features remain active until the end of your current billing cycle, after which the workspace automatically reverts to the Free plan.
