Log in to Trello
Go to trello.com and sign in with your Atlassian account.
Open Workspace Settings
Click your workspace name in the left sidebar, then click 'Settings' to open workspace settings.
Go to Billing
Click 'Billing' in the workspace settings to see your current plan and renewal information.
Cancel Plan
Click 'Cancel Standard/Premium plan' or 'Downgrade to Free'. Trello will show you which Power-Ups and features will be disabled.
Confirm Downgrade
Click 'Confirm' to complete the downgrade. Your workspace returns to the free plan at the end of the billing period, with unlimited cards and 10 boards.

Before you downgrade, keep in mind that Timeline view and Dashboard view will no longer be available on the free plan. These are often the most valuable features for tracking team progress.
