Log in to your Bench account
Go to bench.co/login and sign in with your email and password.
Open Account Settings
Once logged in, click on the 'Accounts' tab in your dashboard navigation to access your account settings.
Locate the subscription section
Within Account Settings, scroll to find the subscription or billing section where your current plan is listed.
Request to not renew subscription
Click 'Book a Call' under the 'Request to not renew subscription' option. This schedules a call with a Bench customer service representative who will process your cancellation — there is no instant self-service cancel button.
Complete the cancellation call
A customer service representative will contact you via the scheduled call. Confirm your intent to cancel and follow their instructions. You may be asked to verify your identity and account details.
Export your financial data
After cancellation is confirmed, download your reports: go to your dashboard, select Reports, and export to Excel. Your login access remains active indefinitely even after cancellation, so you can retrieve data at any time.
