Can I cancel my V7 Labs subscription at any time?

You can request non-renewal at any time, but cancellation is subject to your contract term. You must provide at least 30 days written notice before the end of your current term to prevent auto-renewal. Cancelling mid-term does not entitle you to a refund under standard terms.

Will I receive a refund if I cancel early?

No. V7 Labs' standard terms do not provide refunds for early termination. A pro-rata refund of prepaid unused fees is only available if V7 Labs itself materially breaches the agreement and fails to remedy it within 30 days.

Can I still access my data and projects after cancellation?

All licenses cease immediately on the termination effective date. You should export your datasets and project data before the cancellation date. V7 Labs is not obligated to delete your input/output data immediately per their MSA, but access to the platform ends.

Is there a free plan I can downgrade to instead of cancelling?

V7 Darwin offers a free Basic plan (up to 1,000 files, 3 seats). You may be able to downgrade to the free tier instead of fully cancelling — contact your account manager or support@v7labs.com to discuss this option.

How do I reactivate my V7 Labs subscription?

What happens to my annotated datasets after cancellation?

Per the Darwin MSA, both parties are expected to return or destroy confidential information. However, V7 Labs may retain input and output data they are otherwise entitled to retain under the agreement. Export your data before your access ends to ensure you have a copy.

Log in to your V7 Labs account

Go to https://www.v7labs.com and sign in to your Darwin or V7 Go workspace.

Check your current plan

Navigate to Settings > Plans to view your current billing method and contract term end date. For V7 Go, check Settings > Billing and Usage for consumption details. Note that there is no self-serve cancel button on these pages.

Determine your notice window

Check your contract end date. You must submit a written cancellation notice at least 30 days before the end of your current contract term to prevent auto-renewal. Missing this window means you will be auto-renewed for another full term.

Contact support or your account manager

Send a written cancellation request via email to support@v7labs.com (available 9am–5pm GMT) or contact your designated Account Manager directly if you are on a paid plan. Alternatively, use the in-app Support button inside the Darwin or V7 Go platform.

Request written confirmation

Ask V7 Labs to confirm in writing that your subscription will not auto-renew and specify the exact termination date. Keep this confirmation for your records.

Await processing

V7 Labs support or your account manager will process the non-renewal request. All licenses cease on the effective termination date, and any outstanding fees must be paid in full.
