What happens to my apps and data after I cancel?

Your data is retained and all apps remain accessible. Your workspace reverts to the free Basic plan, which limits you to 2 builders, 50 end users, 2 apps, 2 workflows, and 1 workspace. No data is deleted.

Will I get a refund if I cancel mid-billing cycle?

ToolJet does not publish a refund policy. Their Terms of Service state that fees due up to the date of termination must be paid. Contact support@tooljet.com to negotiate any potential pro-rated refund.

Can I reactivate my subscription after canceling?

Yes. ToolJet states you can renew at any time to regain access to premium features. Your existing apps and data will still be there on the Basic plan.

How long does cancellation take to process?

ToolJet's Terms of Service require 30 days written notice for termination for convenience, so your subscription remains active and billed for up to 30 days after your cancellation request is received.

Can I reduce seats instead of fully canceling?

Seat reductions are not self-service — the in-app Upgrade modal only allows increasing seats. You must contact support to reduce your seat count.

How do I cancel a ToolJet subscription purchased via AWS Marketplace?

Go to the AWS Marketplace console, find your ToolJet subscription under Delivery method > Amazon Machine Image, open Actions > Cancel subscription, type 'confirm' and click 'Yes, cancel subscription'. Then terminate any running EC2 instances to stop infrastructure charges.

Log in to ToolJet Cloud

Go to app.tooljet.com and sign in to your workspace with your credentials.

Open Settings

Click the gear icon in the bottom-left sidebar, then select 'Settings' from the menu.

Go to Subscription tab

Inside Settings, click the 'Subscription' tab to view your current plan details and billing information.

Note that no cancel button exists

The Subscription page shows your plan overview and a 'View Invoices' button, but there is no self-service cancel button. Cancellation must be done via support.

Contact support to cancel

Email support@tooljet.com or hello@tooljet.com with a written cancellation request. Alternatively, submit a ticket at support.tooljet.com. State clearly that you want to cancel your subscription.

Await 30-day notice period

Per ToolJet's Terms of Service, either party must provide 30 days written notice for convenience termination. Your subscription will remain active and billable during this period.
