Log in to your GoDaddy account
Go to account.godaddy.com and sign in with your GoDaddy credentials.
Open Renewals and Billing
Click your profile icon or name in the top-right corner, then select 'Renewals and Billing' from the dropdown menu.
Click Manage Subscriptions
On the Renewals and Billing page, click 'Manage Subscriptions' to see all your active products.
Expand the product you want to cancel
Find the specific product (domain, hosting, etc.) in the list and click on it to expand its details.
Click Turn off Auto-Renew
Click the 'Turn off Auto-Renew' (or 'Cancel Auto-Renewal') button. This stops future charges while keeping your service active until the current paid period ends.
Select a cancellation reason
A required dropdown appears asking why you are cancelling. Select a reason from the list — this step is mandatory before you can proceed.
Confirm the cancellation
Click 'Continue to Cancel', then click 'Confirm Cancel' on the confirmation screen. A confirmation email will be sent to your registered address.
