Can I still use Calendly after canceling my paid plan?

Yes. You retain all paid features until the end of your current billing cycle. After that, your account automatically downgrades to the Free plan, which allows one active event type and basic calendar integration. Your scheduled meetings are not canceled — they remain on your account.

Will I get a refund when I cancel?

Calendly payments are generally non-refundable per their Terms and Conditions. Refunds are not guaranteed and are reviewed case by case by the billing team. For special circumstances, contact billing@calendly.com or reach out via 24/7 chat support after canceling.

Can I reactivate my paid plan after canceling?

Yes. Since canceling only downgrades you to the Free plan (not account deletion), you can reactivate a paid plan at any time by returning to Billing in the Admin Center and selecting a paid plan. If you deleted your account, reactivation is impossible.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

Downgrading to Free does not delete your data. Your event history, scheduled meetings, and settings are preserved. If you want to permanently delete your account and all data, that is a separate process: go to Account Settings and choose 'Delete account'. Account deletion is irreversible and cancels all booked meetings.

Who can cancel a Calendly subscription?

Only the account Owner or an Admin has permission to access the Billing page and change the plan. Standard users and team members cannot cancel the subscription on behalf of the organization.

How do I cancel a Calendly free trial?

Free trial cancellations cannot be done through the self-serve Billing flow. You need to contact the Calendly billing team directly via the in-app chat support or by emailing billing@calendly.com to cancel a trial before it converts to a paid subscription.

Log in to Calendly

Go to calendly.com and log in with your account credentials.

Open the Admin Center

Click your profile picture or avatar in the top-right corner and select 'Admin Center' from the dropdown menu.

Go to Billing

In the Admin Center left sidebar, click 'Billing' to open your subscription and payment details.

Click 'Change plan'

On the Billing page, locate your current plan summary and click the 'Change plan' button.

Select 'Upgrade/Downgrade'

In the plan selection flow, choose the 'Upgrade/Downgrade' option to see all available plans including Free.

Choose the Free plan

Select the 'Free' plan from the list of available plans. This effectively cancels your paid subscription.

Confirm the downgrade

Review the confirmation screen showing what features you will lose, optionally provide cancellation feedback, then click 'Confirm' to finalize. You will retain paid features until the end of your current billing cycle.
