Log in to your G2 dashboard

Go to my.g2.com and sign in with your G2 account credentials.

Go to G2 Clicks

In the left navigation menu of your dashboard, click on 'G2 Clicks'.

Click Manage Plan

Click the 'Manage Plan' button to open your subscription settings.

Find the Subscription Status panel

Locate the 'Subscription Status' panel in the right sidebar of the Manage Plan page.

Toggle Status to OFF

Click the 'Status' toggle to set it to OFF. Your G2 Clicks subscription is immediately canceled and your website links are removed from G2 profile pages right away.

For annual plans: contact your Customer Success Manager

If you are on a Starter, Professional, or Enterprise annual plan (not G2 Clicks), self-service cancellation is not available. Email support@g2.com or contact your assigned Customer Success Manager directly to request cancellation of your annual contract.
