Do I get a refund when I cancel?

No. Sendible's Terms of Service explicitly state that no refunds will be given for any prepaid period. If you cancel an annual plan mid-year, you keep access until the end of that paid period but receive no refund for unused months.

How long do I have access after cancelling?

You retain full access until one day before the end of your current paid billing period. After that date, all users are logged out and lose dashboard access.

What happens to my data after cancellation?

Your account is recoverable for up to 20 days after cancellation. All data is permanently deleted 30 days after the cancellation date. If you need immediate deletion, contact Sendible support (allow up to 72 hours). Export any content you need before cancelling.

Can I reactivate my account after cancelling?

Yes. You can reactivate any time before your cancellation date. After that, recovery is still possible within the 20-day window before permanent data deletion. After 20 days, the account cannot be recovered.

Can I pause instead of cancelling?

Yes. Sendible offers a pause option of up to 3 months, accessible via the same Subscription page. To reinstate a paused account, contact Sendible support — they will send a reinstatement email. If you don't reinstate within 3 months, the account is automatically cancelled.

Who can cancel the account?

Only users with Admin role can access the Subscription page and initiate cancellation. Regular team members do not have this permission. For custom or white-label plans, cancellation must be handled by emailing billing@sendible.com.

Log in to your account

Go to app.sendible.com and sign in. You must be logged in as an Admin user — regular team members cannot access the subscription settings.

Open your username menu

Click your username in the top-right corner of the dashboard to open the dropdown menu.

Go to Subscription settings

Select 'Subscription' from the dropdown menu.

Click 'Cancel Subscription'

Scroll to the bottom of the Subscription page and click the 'Cancel Subscription' button. The page will show your cancellation date (end of your current paid period) — you retain full access until that date.

Click 'Cancel my account'

Click 'Cancel my account' to proceed to the confirmation flow. If you change your mind, click 'Never mind, I'll stay' to abort.

Acknowledge the impact

Check each checkbox confirming you understand the consequences: loss of access, data deletion after 30 days, and that all users will be logged out immediately upon confirmation.

Select a cancellation reason

Choose a reason from the dropdown menu and optionally enter additional text explaining your decision.

Confirm cancellation

Click 'Cancel Subscription' to finalize. All users are immediately logged out. Access continues until one day before the end of your paid period.
