Can I still access Pixelmator Pro after cancelling?

Yes, until the end of your current billing period. After that, you lose access to Pixelmator Pro 4.0 and other Apple Creator Studio apps. Files you created remain on your device but require an active subscription to open and edit in the current version.

Can I get a refund after cancelling?

Refunds are handled by Apple, not Pixelmator directly. Submit a refund request at https://reportaproblem.apple.com or via App Store > your name > Purchase History > Report a Problem. Apple reviews refund requests case by case.

Can I reactivate my subscription later?

Yes. Visit https://apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions or open Settings > Apple Account > Subscriptions and resubscribe to Apple Creator Studio at any time. Your previous projects and files will be accessible again once resubscribed.

Open Subscription Settings

On Mac: open the App Store and click your name in the bottom-left corner, then click 'Account Settings'. Alternatively, open Pixelmator Pro and choose Pixelmator Pro > Manage Subscriptions from the menu bar. On iPhone/iPad: open Settings, tap your Apple Account name at the top, then tap 'Subscriptions'.

Click Manage Subscriptions

On Mac (Account Settings path): scroll to the Subscriptions section and click 'Manage'. On iPhone/iPad (Settings path): you are already on the Subscriptions screen after the previous step.

Select Apple Creator Studio

In your list of active subscriptions, locate 'Apple Creator Studio' — this is the bundle that includes Pixelmator Pro, Final Cut Pro, Logic Pro, and other Apple creative apps.

Click Cancel Subscription

On the Apple Creator Studio detail screen, click or tap 'Cancel Subscription' at the bottom of the page.

Confirm Cancellation

Apple shows a confirmation prompt explaining your access end date. Click or tap 'Confirm' to complete the cancellation. You will receive an email confirmation from Apple.
