Log in as Admin

Go to monday.com and sign in. Only an account admin can cancel the subscription.

Go to Admin Section

Click your profile picture in the bottom-left corner, then select 'Administration' from the menu.

Open Billing

In the Administration panel, click 'Billing' in the left menu to view your subscription details.

Initiate Cancellation

Click 'Cancel subscription'. Monday.com will present retention offers such as a pause option or discounted rate. Click 'Continue to cancel' if you wish to proceed.

Complete the Exit Survey and Confirm

Select a reason for cancellation from the dropdown, then click 'Cancel subscription' to finalize. You will receive a confirmation email. Paid features remain active until the billing period ends.
