Navigate to Account Settings to find your subscription renewal date. Ashby subscriptions auto-renew annually, and you must submit a written cancellation notice at least 30 days before your renewal date to avoid being charged for another full year.

Send a written cancellation request

Send an email to support@ashbyhq.com with a clear written cancellation request.
