Open the Wellhub app
Launch the Wellhub app on your iOS or Android device and make sure you are logged into your account.
Go to Profile
Tap the 'Profile' icon in the bottom navigation bar to open your profile page.
Open Account Settings
Tap the gear icon (⚙) in the top-right corner, then select 'Account' from the settings menu.
Tap Manage Subscription
Under the 'Subscription' section, tap 'Manage Subscription' to open your current plan details.
Select Cancel Subscription
Tap the 'Cancel Subscription' button. Wellhub may present a 'Pause' option here as an alternative — skip this if you want to fully cancel.
Confirm cancellation intent
On the confirmation screen, tap 'Continue to cancel' to proceed past any retention prompts.
Final confirmation
Tap 'Cancel subscription' to finalize. You will receive a confirmation email with the scheduled cancellation date (end of your current billing period).
