Gamma offers refunds only within 3 days of the initial subscription and only if your credit usage stays below plan thresholds (e.g. under 200 credits for Plus, under 600 for Pro). Refunds are not automatic — you must contact support via the '?' icon on gamma.app within that 3-day window.

How do I reactivate my subscription?

You can resubscribe at any time by returning to Settings > Billing and choosing an upgrade plan. Gamma does not offer a pause feature, so canceling and resubscribing is the only option for a temporary break.

Will my presentations and content be deleted?

No. Your content remains in your account after cancellation. However, features exclusive to paid plans (such as higher AI credit limits and advanced export options) will be unavailable until you resubscribe.

When should I cancel to avoid being charged again?

Cancel at least 30 days before your renewal date to be safe. If you received an auto-renewal notification, you have 30 days from that notice date to cancel before the next charge.

What if I subscribed through the App Store or Google Play?
