If you subscribed via Apple App Store or Google Play, you must cancel directly through your Apple or Google account settings. Lightstream cannot process cancellations for mobile store subscriptions.

Go to studio.golightstream.com and sign in to your Lightstream account with your credentials.

Open the account menu

Click the Lightstream logo/icon in the top-left corner of the Studio interface to open the account dropdown menu.

Select Plan & Billing

From the dropdown menu, select "Plan & Billing" to open your subscription management page.

Locate the cancellation option

Scroll to the bottom of the Plan & Billing page to find the cancellation option.

Click Cancel Plan

Click the "CANCEL PREMIUM PLAN" (or "Cancel plan") button at the bottom of the page.

Confirm cancellation

Confirm your cancellation when prompted. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
