No. Your Percy subscription remains active until the end of the current billing cycle. Cancellation stops auto-renewal, not immediate access.

Can I get a refund if I cancel mid-cycle?

No. Percy/BrowserStack has an explicit no-refund policy for the remaining billing period, regardless of when you cancel.

Will I be charged for screenshots I already took if I cancel?

Yes. Any overage screenshots (above your plan limit) used during the current billing period will still be billed at the end of the term, even after cancellation.

What happens to my data after cancellation?

Your account reverts to Percy's free tier (5,000 screenshots/month). BrowserStack does not publish an explicit data retention policy for cancelled accounts, so it is recommended to download any important build results or snapshots before your paid period ends.

Can I reactivate my Percy subscription after cancelling?

Yes. You can resubscribe at any time from percy.io/pricing and regain access to paid features immediately.

What if my plan was purchased through a BrowserStack sales rep?

Log in to Percy

Go to percy.io and log in to your Percy/BrowserStack account. Make sure you are logged in as the account Owner — only Owners can cancel subscriptions; team members and admins cannot.

Open account menu

Click your Profile Icon in the top-right corner of the Percy dashboard to open the account dropdown menu.

Go to Account Summary

Select 'Summary' or 'Account' from the dropdown menu to open your account management page.

Find Current Plan section

Scroll down the account page to the 'Current Plan' section, which shows your active subscription details.

Click Cancel Subscription

Click the 'Cancel Subscription' text link. Note: this is an intentionally small, understated text link — not a button. If you don't see it on mobile, switch your browser to 'Desktop Website' mode.

Confirm cancellation

You will be prompted to optionally provide a cancellation reason, then confirm your decision. Complete the confirmation to finalize the cancellation.
