Sign in to Trend Micro account
Go to https://account.trendmicro.com and sign in with your registered email address and password.
Open the Licenses tab
After signing in, click the "Licenses" tab in the account dashboard to see your active subscriptions.
Click Manage Subscription
Find your active subscription in the list and click the "Manage Subscription" button next to it.
Click Cancel Subscription
Click "Cancel Subscription" in the subscription management screen. A pop-up will appear explaining that auto-renewal will be disabled.
Confirm in the pop-up
Click "Continue" in the pop-up dialog to proceed with the cancellation.
Submit cancellation reason
Fill in the feedback form with a reason for cancelling, then click "Submit".
Confirm Stop Auto Renew
On the final confirmation screen, click "Stop Auto Renew" to complete the cancellation. Clicking "Stay Subscribed" will abort the process.
