Will I lose my data when I cancel?

No. Cancelling downgrades your account to the Free tier (up to 50 items, 3 canvases, 2 GB storage) at the end of your billing period. Your data is not deleted. To avoid losing content that exceeds Free limits, export your workspace as a Markdown .zip file before cancellation.

Can I get a refund after cancelling?

Nuclino does not document a refund policy or money-back guarantee. If you're on an annual plan and cancel mid-cycle, contact contact@nuclino.com to inquire about a pro-rata refund.

Can I undo the cancellation?

Yes. An 'Undo Cancellation' button appears in the Plans & billing section and remains available until your cancellation date arrives at the end of the billing cycle.

How long do I keep access after cancelling?

Your paid plan remains fully active until the end of the current billing period. After that, the account drops to the Free tier automatically — it is not deleted.

Who can cancel the subscription?

Only team owners and admins have access to Plans & billing and can cancel. Regular members do not see this option.

How do I fully delete my Nuclino account?

Cancelling a subscription does not delete your account. To delete it, click your profile button (top-right), select 'Profile', scroll to the Account section, and follow the deletion steps. You must first delete your team or transfer ownership. Deletion is irreversible.

Go to Team Settings

Click on your team name, then select 'Team settings' from the dropdown.

Navigate to Plans & Billing

Scroll down in Team settings to find the 'Plans & billing' section.

Open the plan options menu

Click the three-dot menu ('⋮') next to your current active plan.

Click 'Cancel plan'

Select 'Cancel plan' from the dropdown menu. Your subscription will be scheduled to end at the close of the current billing period — the exact cancellation date is shown in Plans & billing.
