What happens to my flows after I cancel?

Your flows are not deleted and remain accessible on the free Basic plan. However, any flows on a schedule are immediately paused upon downgrade, as scheduling is not available on the Basic plan. You can still run them manually.

Will I get a refund after cancelling?

Parabola's policy states all fees are non-refundable. No pro-rated refunds are given for voluntary cancellations. Any outstanding pay-per-credit usage accumulated in the current billing period is billed immediately at the time of cancellation.

Can I reactivate my paid plan after cancelling?

Yes. You can return to parabola.io/app/billing at any time and select a paid plan to reactivate. Your existing flows will still be there.

When does my access end after cancelling?

The downgrade to the free Basic plan takes effect immediately — there is no grace period until the end of the billing cycle.

How do I delete my account and data entirely?

Go to your avatar icon → 'My Profile', scroll to the bottom of the User Settings panel, and click the red 'Delete Account' link. This is irreversible. To request deletion of your data from Parabola's systems, send a written request to support@parabola.io — data is deleted within 60 days of that request.

How do I cancel a Business (annual) plan?

Business plan customers cannot self-cancel via the billing page. Click the 'Get in touch' button on the billing page or email help@parabola.io. Annual plans auto-renew unless you give 30 days' notice before the term ends.

Log in to Parabola

Go to parabola.io and sign in to your account.

Open account menu

Click your avatar icon in the upper-right corner of the screen to open the account dropdown.

Go to Billing

Select 'Billing' from the dropdown menu. This takes you to parabola.io/app/billing.

Select the Basic (free) plan

On the billing page, find the Basic plan column and click 'Choose plan'. There is no dedicated Cancel button — downgrading to Basic is how you cancel a paid subscription.

Confirm the downgrade

Confirm the plan change if prompted. The downgrade takes effect immediately and any outstanding pay-per-credit charges for the current billing period are billed at this point.
