Log in as Company Administrator
Sign in to your Emburse Spend account at spend.emburse.com using Company Administrator credentials. Only admins can cancel the subscription.
Export all company data
Before canceling, export all expense reports, receipts, and company data. After the billing period ends, you will lose access to all data permanently.
Navigate to Billing settings
Click the Gear icon in the top navigation bar to open Settings, then click 'Billing' in the left sidebar.
Click More Actions
On the Billing page, click the 'More Actions' button (usually a dropdown or kebab menu near the plan details).
Select Cancel Subscription
From the More Actions dropdown, select 'Cancel Subscription'. A confirmation pop-up will appear.
Select a cancellation reason
In the 'Cancel Subscription' dialog, select a reason for canceling from the dropdown or radio button list provided.
Confirm cancellation
Click the 'Cancel Subscription' button in the pop-up to confirm. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. Already-approved expenses will still be paid out to employees.
