Review your contract terms

Check your Order Form and Main Services Agreement for the non-renewal notice window. The standard MuleSoft contract requires written notice at least 30 days before your subscription term ends, but some Salesforce-family agreements require up to 180 days. Log in to Anypoint Platform at https://anypoint.mulesoft.com to find your subscription details.

Contact your Account Executive or Customer Success Manager

Reach out directly to your assigned MuleSoft Account Executive (AE) or Customer Success Director (CSD/CSM) via email. State clearly that you wish to not renew or cancel your subscription. Every commercial MuleSoft customer has a dedicated account team — this is the primary cancellation path.

Submit a formal support case

As a paper trail, log in to https://help.salesforce.com with your Anypoint Platform credentials, click 'Contact Support', and open a new case. Set the subject to 'Subscription Non-Renewal Notice' and include your organization name, account ID, subscription end date, and written intent to cancel or not renew.

Export all data and integration assets

Before or immediately after submitting your cancellation notice, export all APIs, integration flows, connectors, and data from Anypoint Platform. Log in at https://anypoint.mulesoft.com, navigate to your organization settings, and download all relevant assets. You have only 30 days after termination to request data retrieval.

Send written non-renewal notice via email

Follow up with a formal email to your AE and to MuleSoft support (support@mulesoft.com or via the help portal) explicitly stating your non-renewal intent, the subscription term end date, and your organization name/ID. This creates the required written record under the contract terms.

Confirm cancellation acknowledgment

Wait for written confirmation from your Account Executive or MuleSoft support that your non-renewal notice has been received and recorded. Keep this confirmation for your records. If you do not receive acknowledgment within 5 business days, follow up via phone at 1-800-596-4880.
