Do I still have access after I cancel?

Yes. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid billing period. You retain full access to all features until that date.

Can I get a refund after cancelling?

Generally no. Subscriptions and credits are non-refundable after the trial period. A limited exception exists if Moosend makes material changes to its terms — users who object within 30 days may receive a refund of unused fees. Multiple user reports indicate billing disputes and refund requests are often denied.

Can I reactivate my account after cancelling?

Yes. Your account and data remain intact after cancellation (access continues until the billing period ends). You can resubscribe at any time by returning to the Billing section and selecting a new plan.

What happens to my data when I cancel?

Moosend states your lists, campaigns, and automations remain in the account. No specific data retention period (e.g. 90 days) is published. For GDPR data erasure requests, contact support@moosend.com.

Can I downgrade to a free plan instead of cancelling?

No. Moosend eliminated its free plan in 2022. The only options are paid subscription plans or a pay-per-email-credit model. There is no free tier to downgrade to.

How do I delete my account entirely?

Log in to Moosend

Go to app.moosend.com and log in to your account with your email and password.

Open Billing settings

In the left-side navigation menu, click 'More' at the bottom, then click 'Billing' from the expanded menu.

Locate the cancellation option

On the Billing overview page, scroll to the lower right-hand corner to find the subscription management section.

Click 'Cancel Subscription Plan'

Click the 'Cancel Subscription Plan' button located in the lower right of the Billing page.

Confirm cancellation

Follow the on-screen confirmation prompts to finalise the cancellation. Auto-renewal is stopped immediately upon confirmation.
