Log in to Mezmo
Go to https://app.mezmo.com and sign in with your credentials. (Legacy LogDNA users: app.logdna.com redirects here automatically.)
Open Settings
Click the gear icon or your account menu in the dashboard to open Settings.
Navigate to Billing
Inside Settings, select the 'Billing' page to view your current subscription plan and payment details.
Change or Cancel Plan
On the Billing page, find the option to change or cancel your plan. You can either downgrade to the free 'Community' plan or select a full cancellation option.
Confirm Cancellation
Confirm your cancellation. Per Mezmo's Terms of Service, the cancellation takes effect at the end of the current Subscription Period — you retain access through the end of the billing cycle.
Contact Support if Needed
If no cancel/downgrade button is visible in the Billing UI, contact support directly: log in and click 'Contact Support' in-app, or email support@mezmo.com and request cancellation.
Request Data Deletion (Optional)
After cancellation, if you want your log data removed, email privacy@mezmo.com or submit a Data Subject Request at https://mezmo.privacy.saymine.io/Mezmo. Mezmo deletes Customer Data within 30 days of a written request.
