Identify your plan type

Determine whether you are on a Pay-As-You-Go plan ($99/month) or an Enterprise/Integration Edition (annual contract). The cancellation process differs entirely: Pay-As-You-Go can be cancelled self-service via Stripe; Enterprise plans require contacting your account manager.

Log in to your Boomi account

Go to boomi.com and sign in to your Boomi AtomSphere account using your credentials.

Open Account or Billing Settings (Pay-As-You-Go only)

Navigate to your account settings and locate the Billing section. Boomi processes Pay-As-You-Go payments through Stripe, so look for a 'Manage Billing' or 'Billing Portal' link that opens the Stripe self-service portal.

Cancel subscription in the Stripe portal (Pay-As-You-Go only)

Inside the Stripe customer portal, find your active subscription and click 'Cancel subscription'. Follow the prompts to confirm cancellation. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. No refund is issued.

Contact Boomi for Enterprise plan cancellation

If you are on an annual or multi-year Enterprise/Integration Edition contract, there is no self-service option. Contact your assigned Boomi account manager or customer success manager directly to initiate non-renewal. If you don't have a direct contact, submit a support case at community.boomi.com/s/support or email payasyougo@boomi.com for Pay-As-You-Go billing questions.

Submit a support case if needed

If you cannot reach your account manager, log in to the Boomi Community Support Portal at community.boomi.com/s/support, click 'Create a Case', and specify that you are requesting contract non-renewal or cancellation. For AWS Marketplace subscribers, contact awsmarketplace@boomi.com.

Confirm cancellation and export data

After initiating cancellation, request written confirmation from Boomi. Export any integration configurations, process logs, or AtomSphere settings you need before your access expires. Boomi does not retain customer pipeline data after service ends.
