Log in and open Account Settings

Log in to your Kajabi account at app.kajabi.com. Click your name or avatar in the top-right corner of the dashboard to open the user menu, then select 'Account Settings'.

Navigate to Subscription

In the Account Settings sidebar on the left, click 'Subscription' to open your current plan and billing details.

Click 'Change plan'

On the Subscription page, click the 'Change plan' button. This opens the plan selection flow — do not select a new plan here; instead scroll down past the plan options.

Find the cancellation option

Scroll to the bottom of the page to find the section labelled 'No longer happy with Kajabi?'. Click the 'Cancel subscription' link or button in that section.

Review retention offers

Kajabi may present retention alternatives at this point, such as downgrading to a cheaper plan or 'parking' your account for $29/month (content preserved, members lose access). You can decline these by continuing with cancellation.

Confirm cancellation

Follow the on-screen prompts to confirm your cancellation. You will receive a confirmation email. Your account and site remain active until the end of the current billing period.
