Will I still have access to Kashoo after I cancel?

Yes. If you cancel mid-billing-period, your subscription stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for. Once it ends, your business is removed and you can no longer access its data.

Can I get a refund when I cancel?

Kashoo does not offer prorated refunds for cancellations mid-period. Your access simply continues until the end of the paid billing cycle. There are no cancellation fees or contracts.

What happens to my data after cancellation?

Your business and its data are removed from Kashoo upon cancellation. However, within 30 days of termination you can contact Kashoo support to request a data export. After that window, Kashoo has no obligation to retain your data and may permanently delete it.

Can I reactivate my Kashoo account after cancelling?

Reactivation is not explicitly guaranteed since cancelling removes your business from the system. You would need to contact Kashoo support to determine whether recovery is possible. It is safest to export all data before cancelling.

Export your data

Before cancelling, export any data you need. Go to Settings and use the Export Data option to download your records as CSV, PDF, or Excel — you will lose access to your data after cancellation.

Open Settings

Click the 'Settings' gear icon in the top right corner of the Kashoo dashboard.

Navigate to Subscription and Billing

In the left-hand sidebar, click on 'Subscription and Billing'.

Click Cancel Subscription

Scroll to the bottom of the Subscription and Billing page and click the 'Cancel Subscription' button.

Confirm the correct business

A popup dialog will appear showing the name of the business you are about to cancel. Verify this is the correct business account.

Type 'cancel' to confirm

In the text box within the popup, type the word 'cancel' exactly as shown.

Click Cancel Subscription to finalize

Click the 'Cancel Subscription' button inside the popup to complete the cancellation. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
