Does Partiful charge a subscription fee?

No. Partiful is completely free to use. There is no paid subscription plan, so there are no recurring charges to cancel.

Will I lose access to my events after deleting my account?

Yes. Deleting your account is permanent and removes all associated data, including your events and guest lists. It cannot be undone.

Can I reactivate my account after deleting it?

No. Account deletion is permanent. You would need to create a brand-new account if you want to use Partiful again.

Are there any refunds available?

Partiful itself does not process payments or issue refunds. If a host collected money from guests (e.g. via Venmo) and the event was canceled, the host must manually refund guests outside of Partiful.

How do I stop receiving SMS notifications without deleting my account?

Reply 'STOP' to any text message sent by Partiful to opt out of SMS notifications.

How do I stop receiving invites from a specific host?

Visit the host's profile, tap the three-dot menu (...), and select 'Opt out of invites'. You will no longer receive event invitations from that person.

Confirm no active subscription

Partiful is a free platform with no paid subscription tier. There are no recurring charges to cancel. If you received a charge related to Partiful, it may be from the optional Group Order (Instacart) feature, not a subscription.

Open your Profile

On the Partiful app, tap the profile icon in the bottom-right corner of the homepage. On the website, click your profile picture or name in the top-right corner.

Go to Settings

Tap the gear icon in the top-right corner of your profile page to open Settings.

Open Account Settings

Tap 'Account Settings' from the Settings menu.

Tap Delete Account

Scroll to the bottom and tap 'Delete Account'. On the web, go to Profile → 'Edit Profile' → scroll to the bottom and click 'Delete Account'.

Confirm deletion

Follow the on-screen confirmation steps to permanently delete your account. All account data will be erased and cannot be recovered.
