There is no fee if your commitment period has already ended.

Can I get a refund for unused days in my billing period?

No. Orange does not issue pro-rated refunds for unused days in the final billing cycle. You pay for the full notice period regardless of when you submit the cancellation within a billing cycle.

Can I cancel within 14 days of signing?

Yes. If you signed the contract remotely (online, by phone, or by courier delivery) less than 14 days ago, you have the right to withdraw (odstąpienie od umowy) without any fees or penalties. Use the odstąpienie od umowy form available at orange.pl/omnibook/odstapienie-od-umowy-na-uslugi-orange and submit it within 14 days of signing.

What happens to my phone number after cancellation?

Your number is deactivated when the contract ends. Orange Polska retains (reserves) the number for a period after deactivation. You can port (przenieść) your number to another operator before the contract ends — porting automatically terminates your Orange contract without a separate cancellation notice required.

How do I cancel an Orange Flex prepaid subscription?

Orange Flex is a no-contract plan managed entirely in the Orange Flex app. Open the app, go to 'Mój profil' (My Profile) → 'Mój plan' (My Plan) → 'Zrezygnuj z planu' (Cancel Plan). Log in to Mój Orange at orange.pl or open the Mój Orange app. Navigate to 'Umowy i urządzenia' (Contracts & Devices), click 'Pokaż umowę' (Show Contract), then click 'Oblicz kwotę za zerwanie umowy' (Calculate early termination fee). Note the amount and your contract end date before proceeding.

Choose your cancellation method

Orange Polska does not offer a fully self-service online cancellation flow. You must use one of three accepted methods: (A) Phone via infolinia, (B) In-person at an Orange salon, or (C) Registered mail. Phone is fastest. Online-only submission is not officially supported for contract termination.

Wait out the notice period

The notice period (okres wypowiedzenia) is one full billing cycle from the date Orange receives your cancellation. Your service remains active and you will be charged normally during this period. If you are still within a promotional loyalty period (lojalka), the early termination fee calculated in Step 1 will be added to your final invoice.

Confirm cancellation and final billing

You will receive an SMS or email confirmation. Check your final invoice in Mój Orange under 'Faktury i płatności' (Invoices & Payments). Pay any outstanding balance including the early termination fee if applicable. Your SIM will be deactivated after the notice period ends.
