Log in to BFI Player
Go to player.bfi.org.uk and sign in with your BFI account email and password.
Access your account
Click on your name or profile icon in the top right corner and select 'My Account' from the menu.
Go to Subscription settings
Navigate to the 'Subscription' tab or 'Billing' section within your account page.
Cancel your subscription
Click 'Cancel Subscription' and select a reason for leaving when prompted.
Confirm cancellation
