When does my coverage actually end after I cancel?

For standard cancellations, coverage continues until your annual renewal date ('huvudförfallodagen'), and you keep paying premiums until then. Immediate cancellation is only allowed if your pet has died or been sold/rehomed. Submit your cancellation at least one month before your renewal date to avoid being auto-renewed for another year.

Will I get a refund when I cancel?

Refunds are only available in two cases: (1) within the 14-day cooling-off period ('ångerrätt') if you signed up online or by phone — you get a full refund minus any claims; (2) if cancelling due to your pet's death or sale, you receive a pro-rated refund for the unused portion of the policy year. Log in with BankID
