Can I still use my plan until the end of the month after canceling?

Yes. Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing month regardless of when during the month you cancel. You pay the full monthly price for any started month.

Will I get a refund for unused days?

No. Vimla does not issue partial refunds. You pay for the full month and retain access until the month ends, but no prorated refund is issued for unused days.

Can I keep my phone number after canceling?

Yes. Your phone number is available for porting to another operator for up to 30 days after cancellation. If you port your number to a new operator, the Vimla subscription is automatically terminated on the same day the number transfer completes — no separate cancellation needed.

How do I reactivate my subscription if I change my mind?

Contact Vimla support via the support portal, chat, or email at hej@vimla.se to request reactivation. Note that accessing support requires Bank ID authentication, so act before your subscription fully lapses if possible.

Does Vimla have a notice period or binding contract?

No. Vimla has no binding period and no notice period. You can cancel at any time and the subscription simply ends at the end of the current calendar month with no penalty.

What if I cannot log in to cancel?

If you cannot log in (e.g., lost access), you must contact Vimla support via chat or email at hej@vimla.se. Be aware that their support portal requires Swedish Bank ID authentication, which can create a barrier. Vimla has no telephone support.

Log in to Mitt Vimla

Go to mitt.vimla.se or open the Vimla app. Log in with your credentials (Swedish Bank ID or email/password).

Go to Kontouppgifter (Account Settings)

Once logged in, navigate to 'Kontouppgifter' (Account Information) in the account menu.

Click 'Avsluta abonnemang'

Find and click the 'Avsluta abonnemang' (Cancel subscription) button within the account settings section.

Enter your phone number

When prompted, enter the phone number associated with the subscription you wish to cancel to confirm your identity and the correct subscription.

Confirm cancellation

Confirm the cancellation. Your subscription will be terminated at the end of the current billing month. A cancellation confirmation will be sent to your registered email address.
