Open Organization settings

Click your account or organization name in the top navigation to open the Organization page (account settings).

Click 'Contact support'

On the Organization page, locate and click the 'Contact support' link. There is no self-service cancellation button — cancellation must go through the support or account management team.

Submit a cancellation request

You will be directed to kameleoon.com/contact. Fill out the contact form with your account details and clearly state that you wish to cancel your subscription.
