Review your Order Form
Locate the signed Order Form from your Harvey AI sales onboarding. It specifies your contract Term End Date, minimum seat commitments, and any written notice requirements that supersede the general platform agreement.
Contact your Account Manager
Reach out to your assigned Harvey AI account manager or enterprise sales contact to notify them of your intent to cancel. Enterprise cancellations are handled through direct relationship management, not a self-serve UI.
Send formal written termination notice
Send a written cancellation notice in English to legalnotices@harvey.ai from your organization's registered email address. Include your organization name, Order Form reference, and the requested termination effective date.
Await termination confirmation
Harvey will confirm receipt and process the termination per your Order Form terms. Note: termination typically becomes effective at the end of your current contract term unless you are terminating for material breach (which allows a 30-day cure period before termination takes effect).
Confirm pro-rata refund (if applicable)
If your Order Form ends before the Term End Date, contact accountsreceivable@harvey.ai to confirm any pro-rata refund of prepaid unused fees. Billing disputes must be raised within 30 days of the invoice date.
Data deletion confirmation
After termination, Harvey will securely delete all Customer Data within 30 days. For GDPR/CCPA personal data deletion requests, contact privacy@harvey.ai separately.
