Ensure you are the account owner

Only the account owner can cancel a Less Annoying CRM account. Log in with the account owner's credentials. Other users (non-owners) do not have permission to close the account and must contact the account owner to proceed.

Export your data

Before cancelling, export all your CRM data. Go to Settings, then use the export feature to download your contacts and records. Once the account is closed you will immediately lose access, so export first.

Open Settings

While logged in as the account owner, click on the 'Settings' menu in the main navigation.

Click 'Close account'

In the Settings page, look on the left side under the 'Company settings' section and click 'Close account'.

Optionally request immediate data deletion

On the Close account page, there is a comment box where you can request immediate data purging if you want your data deleted right away rather than after the default one-year retention period.

Confirm account closure

Click the confirmation button at the bottom of the Close account page to finalize the cancellation. Your account and all team members will immediately lose access to the CRM.
