Under the 'Builder ID users' section (for personal accounts), find your active Pro subscription. For organization accounts, go to the 'Identity provider users and groups' section, then select the 'Users' or 'Groups' tab and select the relevant entry.

Click Unsubscribe

For Builder ID personal accounts: click the 'Unsubscribe' button directly in the Builder ID users section. For organization admins: select the user or group, click 'More actions', then choose 'Unsubscribe' from the dropdown.

Confirm cancellation

A confirmation pop-up window will appear. Confirm the action to finalize the cancellation. Pro features are immediately revoked upon confirmation. Free tier access continues within its usage limits.
