Log in to your Tello account
Go to tello.com and sign in to your account using your email and password.
Go to your Dashboard
After logging in, you will land on your Dashboard. Look for the 'My Plan' box on the right side of the screen.
Click 'Cancel Plan'
At the bottom of the 'My Plan' box, click the 'Cancel Plan' button. This will also cancel Auto Pay and the automatic renewal of your plan.
Follow the on-screen prompts
A cancellation flow will appear. Read through any warnings (e.g. about forfeiting remaining balance or losing your number) and confirm your intent to cancel.
Disable Auto-Recharge if on Pay-As-You-Go
If you use a PAYG plan, also go to 'My Settings' and turn off 'Auto-Recharge' to prevent further charges.
Confirm cancellation
Complete the confirmation step when prompted. You will receive a confirmation that your plan will not renew. Service continues until the end of your current billing cycle.
