If the data plan was activated but more than 99% of data remains unused, Saily may grant a full or partial refund at their discretion. The eSIM profile remains on your device after cancellation. You can deactivate it by going to your device's SIM/eSIM settings and toggling it off. Only delete the eSIM profile if you are certain you no longer need it, as deleted eSIMs generally cannot be reinstalled.
