Go to My Qlik portal

Navigate to https://account.myqlik.qlik.com/ and sign in with your Qlik account credentials. This is the self-service subscription management portal. Note: if you purchased through a third-party reseller, you must contact them directly — My Qlik will not show a cancel option.

Select your subscription

On the My Qlik dashboard, locate the Qlik Sense Business subscription you want to cancel. Click on it to open the subscription details overview, which shows status, start date, and end date.

Click 'Manage'

Within the subscription detail view, click the 'Manage' button to open subscription management options including seat adjustments and cancellation.

Click 'Cancel subscription'

If you have a Qlik Sense Enterprise SaaS, Qlik Sense Enterprise on Windows, or a perpetual/maintenance license (not a self-service Business subscription), you cannot cancel via My Qlik.
