Log in to Stytch Dashboard
Go to https://stytch.com/dashboard and log in with your credentials.
Open Workspace Settings
In the left-hand sidebar, click on 'Workspace Settings' (introduced in the June 2025 dashboard redesign).
Go to Billing
Inside Workspace Settings, click on the 'Billing' section. The direct URL is https://stytch.com/dashboard/settings/billing
Downgrade to Free plan
Self-serve cancellation works by downgrading back to the Free tier. Click the downgrade option for the Free plan. This is the functional equivalent of cancellation for Pay-As-You-Go, Pro, and Scale customers.
Confirm the downgrade
Confirm the plan change in the dialog that appears. No proration or refund is issued — the change takes effect at the end of the current billing period or immediately, depending on your plan.
Enterprise/contracted plans: contact support
If you are on an annual or Enterprise contract, self-serve downgrade may not be available. Email support@stytch.com or reach out via the Stytch community Slack. Per the Terms of Service, 30 days' written notice is required before renewal to avoid auto-renewal.
