Log in as Admin

Go to https://happo.io/login and sign in. Only account Admins can manage billing — regular users do not have access to subscription settings.

Open account settings

Navigate to your account settings page at https://happo.io/a/{your-account-id}/account (replace {your-account-id} with your actual account ID, visible in the URL after logging in).

Find the Billing section

Scroll to the Billing section on the account settings page. Happo uses Stripe as its payment processor, so a 'Manage billing' or 'Customer portal' link may appear here.

Cancel or downgrade via Stripe portal

If a Stripe Customer Portal link is present, click it. Inside the portal, select 'Cancel plan' or choose to downgrade to the Free tier ($0/month, 5,000 snapshots, Chrome only — no credit card required).

Contact support if no self-serve option

If no cancel button is visible, email support@happo.io and request cancellation. State your account name/ID and the date you want the subscription to end. Support is staffed 8am–5pm CET and 8am–5pm CT and goes directly to the founders.

Confirm cancellation

Wait for a confirmation email from Happo or Stripe confirming your subscription has been cancelled or downgraded. Keep this for your records.
