Will I get a refund when I cancel?

Ookla does not handle refunds directly — they are managed by Apple or Google. For iOS purchases, request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com. For Android purchases, contact Google Play support within 48 hours of the charge for the best chance of a refund.

Does deleting the app cancel my subscription?

No. Deleting the Speedtest app does not stop billing. You must cancel through your Apple ID Subscriptions or Google Play Subscriptions settings independently of uninstalling the app.

Can I reactivate my subscription after cancelling?

Yes. You can resubscribe at any time through the Speedtest app on iOS or Android. Your account history and saved results are retained.

Speedtest by Ookla sells its premium subscription through Apple App Store or Google Play — not directly via speedtest.net. On iPhone/iPad: open the Settings app and tap your name at the top. On Android: open the Google Play Store and tap your profile icon in the top-right corner.
