Log in to the Pebl platform

Go to cloud.hellopebl.com and sign in with your company credentials. Velocity Global rebranded to Pebl in 2025; the platform and all contracts remain active under the new name.

Locate your dedicated Client Account Manager

Velocity Global assigns every client a dedicated Client Account Manager (CAM) during onboarding. Check your onboarding emails or the platform dashboard for their name and direct email. If you cannot find it, navigate to the Help or Support section in the platform.

Send written notice of termination

Email your Client Account Manager (or support@hellopebl.com if you cannot reach them) with a clear written notice stating you wish to terminate your service agreement. Include your company name, the effective termination date, and a list of all supported workers to be offboarded. Per the Global Hiring Agreement, you must provide at least 30 days' notice before the desired offboarding date.

Confirm receipt and agree on an offboarding timeline

Your CAM will acknowledge the written notice and provide a formal offboarding plan. Note that obligations continue until Pebl completes offboarding for all supported workers — the actual offboarding period may legally exceed 30 days depending on the workers' countries of employment and local statutory notice requirements.

Complete employee offboarding

Work with Pebl's team to ensure each supported worker is offboarded in compliance with their local labor laws (final pay, severance, statutory notice periods, revoking system access). Pebl handles the compliance aspects, but you remain responsible for business-side decisions such as severance agreements.

Settle all outstanding invoices

You are responsible for payment of all invoices and uninvoiced billing amounts through the effective termination date. All fees are non-refundable and will not be prorated based on offboarding timing. Review and pay any final invoices sent by Pebl.

Confirm account closure and data deletion

After offboarding is complete and invoices are settled, confirm in writing that the contract is terminated. Per the Terms of Use, Pebl may delete your platform data (account, worker records, documents) upon termination without further notice. Request a data export before the termination date if you need to retain records.
