Can I still use Carbon after I cancel?

Yes. Cancelling stops future renewals but your access continues until the end of the current paid billing period. You will not be charged again after that date.

Can I get a refund after cancelling?

Carbon offers a full refund within the first 48 hours of your very first subscription purchase. After that window, refunds are governed by Apple's or Google's own refund policies. You can request an Apple refund at reportaproblem.apple.com or a Google Play refund through the Play Store order history.

What happens if I cancel during a free trial?

If you cancel before the free trial ends you will not be charged. Make sure to cancel at least 24 hours before the trial period expires to avoid being billed for the next cycle.

How do I reactivate my subscription?

To reactivate, go back to Settings → Subscription inside the Carbon app and tap 'Manage Subscriptions', or visit the App Store / Google Play and resubscribe directly. Your progress and data are retained.

Will Carbon delete my data after I cancel?

Carbon retains your account data after cancellation. To request data deletion you need to contact support@joincarbon.com directly and ask for your account and data to be removed.

What if I have trouble cancelling on Android?

Open the Carbon app

Launch the Carbon – Macro Coach & Tracker app on your iOS or Android device. Make sure you are logged into the account with the active subscription.

Go to Settings

Tap the profile/menu icon to open the app's main menu, then select 'Settings' from the navigation options.

Tap 'Subscription'

Inside Settings, locate and tap the 'Subscription' option. This opens your current subscription details page showing your plan and billing cycle.

Tap the blue 'Manage Subscriptions' button

At the bottom of the Subscription screen, tap the blue 'Manage Subscriptions' button. This redirects you to your device's app store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store) to complete the cancellation.

Cancel in the App Store (iOS)

On iOS you will land in the App Store subscriptions manager. Tap 'Carbon – Macro Coach & Tracker', then tap 'Cancel Subscription' and confirm. Alternatively, go to iPhone Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → Carbon → 'Cancel Subscription'.

Cancel in Google Play (Android)

On Android you will land in Google Play. Tap your profile icon → 'Payments & subscriptions' → 'Subscriptions' → 'Carbon – Macro Coach & Tracker' → 'Cancel subscription', then follow the on-screen prompts to confirm. If you encounter issues, email support@joincarbon.com for direct assistance.

Confirm cancellation

After confirming in the app store you should receive a cancellation confirmation email from Apple or Google. Your Carbon subscription and access remain active until the end of the current paid billing period.
