Do I keep access to Premium features after cancelling?

Yes. Cancellation stops auto-renewal but your Premium access continues until the end of your current paid billing period. The exact expiry date is shown in your account after cancellation.

What happens to my data when my Premium subscription ends?

Your food log history, weight history, goals, and account data are fully retained — you do not lose any recorded data. You simply revert to the free tier and lose Premium-only features such as photo food logging, advanced nutrient tracking, device sync, meal planning, and detailed reports.

Can I get a refund after cancelling?

Web and Google Play subscribers can request a refund within 35 days of purchase by contacting support at support.loseit.com. iOS (App Store) subscribers must request refunds directly through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com — Lose It! cannot process these refunds themselves. Lifetime plan purchases are explicitly non-refundable.

Can I reactivate my Premium subscription later?

Yes. You can resubscribe at any time through the app or loseit.com. However, free trials are one-time only — if you previously used a trial, you will not receive another one upon reactivation.

Does deleting the Lose It! app cancel my subscription?

No. Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription and you will continue to be charged at renewal. You must cancel through the platform you originally used to subscribe (Apple, Google Play, or the Lose It! web portal).

How do I delete my Lose It! account entirely?

Account deletion is separate from subscription cancellation. To permanently delete your account and data, you need to contact Lose It! support directly through support.loseit.com. This is relevant if you want to exercise rights under GDPR or CCPA.

Identify your billing platform

Determine where you originally subscribed: directly on loseit.com (credit card), via the App Store (iPhone/iPad), via Google Play (Android), or through PayPal. You must cancel through the same platform you used to subscribe — there is no cancel button inside the Lose It! app itself.

Sign in to the correct platform

Web subscribers: go to https://my.loseit.com and sign in. iOS subscribers: open the iPhone/iPad Settings app. Android subscribers: open the Google Play Store app. PayPal subscribers: log in to paypal.com.

Navigate to your subscription (Web)

On the web portal, click 'Purchases' in the left-hand sidebar, or click the settings gear icon (upper right) → 'My Settings' → 'Subscription'.

Navigate to your subscription (iOS / Android / PayPal)

iOS: tap your name at the top of Settings → tap 'Subscriptions' → tap 'Lose It!'. Android: tap your profile icon → 'Payments and subscriptions' → 'Subscriptions' → 'Lose It! – Calorie Counter'. PayPal: go to Settings → Payments → 'Manage Automatic Payments' → find 'Lose It!' or 'FitNow'.

Click 'Cancel Subscription'

Web: click the 'Cancel Subscription' button on the Purchases page. iOS: tap 'Cancel Subscription' at the bottom of the subscription detail screen. Android: tap 'Cancel subscription'. PayPal: click 'Cancel' next to the FitNow/Lose It! automatic payment.

Confirm cancellation

Follow the confirmation prompt on your platform. iOS will ask you to tap 'Confirm'. Android and web will show a confirmation screen. After completing, you should receive a cancellation confirmation email. Note the displayed expiry date — your Premium access continues until then.
